Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Use of this website
This website is provided by Pool Deck Seals for informational purposes and to let you request quotes for pool deck sealing and joint restoration services. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Estimates are approximate
The pool estimator on this site produces an approximate figure based on the joint length you select and a rate of $16 per linear foot. It's a ballpark tool. Nothing it shows is a quote or a contract. Final pricing depends on the actual condition of your deck and joints, access, materials required, and exact measurements, and is only established in a written quote we provide after reviewing your project.
Information you submit
When you submit the quote form or contact us by phone or text, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please submit only information that is accurate and yours to share.
Contact and messaging
The call and text links on this site open your own phone or messaging app; standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Requesting a quote through this website does not by itself create a service agreement.
No warranty for website content
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content, pricing rates shown by the estimator, and service availability may change without notice. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable law or the terms of a written service agreement you enter with us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pool Deck Seals is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website itself, such as reliance on approximate estimator figures before receiving a written quote. Any services we perform for you are governed by the written quote or agreement for that work, not by these website terms.
